Avocado and grapefruit salad

If you want some unusual and amazing combinations, I offer you to cook grapefruit and avocado salad. At first, it is very easy: only four basic ingredients, which you just need to cut.

When you try it, you will have a lot of pleasure. Slices of grapefruit and pomegranate will add sour and slightly tart notes, neutral avocado will give tenderness. And mint will add amazing freshness.

Ingredients:

• 1 grapefruit
• 2 avocado
• ½ pomegranate
• 2 mint branches
• 1-2 tsp olive oil
•  salt and pepper to taste.

Avocado and grapefruit salad: step-by-step recipe

Step 1. Peel a grapefruit. You should have one fillet left. This is necessary so that the grapefruit does not give bitterness. Cut into large pieces. Cut the avocado into two parts.

Step 2. Remove the stones and peel. Cut it into large cubes.

Step 3. Put out the pomegranate seeds from the fruit, pick off the mint leaves from the branches and wash if necessary.

Step 4. Mix all the ingredients, pour salad with olive oil, salt, and pepper if you want.
