Dieting isn’t always only about giving up many of your previously favorite recipes. It has its own delicious recipes, too, and even desserts and cookies. Like these diet ginger cookies, for example, the recipe for which I want to share in this article.

The cookies are crispy and flavorful. It fills the home atmosphere with holiday coziness.
What you will need for cooking?
- 4 egg whites,
- 5 tablespoons oatmeal,
- 1.5 tablespoons nonfat yogurt,
- 1.5 tablespoons dried ginger,
- 1 teaspoon honey,
- A few drops of vanilla extract.
Making ginger diet cookies:
Step 1. Beat the egg whites with a mixer on medium speed for 3 minutes.
Step 2. Add the dried ginger, oat flakes, honey, yogurt, and vanilla extract to the beaten egg whites. Mix thoroughly. If the dough is too runny, add a little more oatmeal.
Step 3. Roll the dough into a ball, wrap it in clingfilm, and put it in the fridge for half an hour.
Step 4. Roll out the dough as an even layer (about 1.5 centimeters thick) and use cookie cutters to form cookies.
Step 5. Line a baking mold with parchment paper, grease it with a little olive oil, and place the dough figures on it.
Step 6. Place the cookies in a preheated 180 °C (356 °F) oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 7. When the cookies begin to brown, you can sprinkle almonds on top and bake for a few more minutes.
