5 useful drinks for high productivity

Instead of coffee for energy and productivity…

Some of us are used to starting our mornings with a cup of coffee, especially when we need to cheer up. But what if I shared with you five drink options that are both healthy and a great way to boost your productivity?

Read more about these drinks in the article.

1. Water with lemon

It is useful to drink a glass of lemon water in the morning. Some models and actresses start the day with this drink to improve digestion and complexion. But not everyone knows that lemons are rich in potassium, which is involved in the supply of oxygen to the brain cells. After a glass of water with lemon, your brain starts to work better.

2. Beet Juice

Beets are a treasure trove of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It is good for the whole body because it has anti-inflammatory properties, heals the blood vessels, and relieves muscle pain. Beet juice acts on the body as an energy drink because it increases oxygen and blood flow to the muscles.

3. Green tea

It has long been used to improve cognitive function. Experts attribute its invigorating properties to its high content of caffeine and L-theanine, an amino acid that reduces anxiety and improves attention.

Research conducted by Japanese scientists in 2019 showed that regular intake of L-theanine increases performance because it enhances the production of dopamine, serotonin, and gamma-aminobutyric acid in the brain. There is even a dietary supplement called L-theanine, whose instructions say that it is more effective than caffeine stimulants.

4. Berry smoothie

Blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, and blackberries are excellent natural stimulants that activate brain function. They also prevent the aging of cells and prevent age-related memory deterioration. If you make a smoothie or juice from these berries, the body will get a heavy dose of antioxidants.

5. Hot Chocolate

Even in pre-Columbian times, the Mayan Indians believed that chocolate rejuvenated the body, relieving fatigue and clarified the mind. Later studies confirmed that this delicacy has a psycho-stimulating effect due to the presence of the alkaloid theobromine. And flavonoids, which are rich in cocoa, improve memory and learning ability.

A cup of hot chocolate is not only a source of pleasure but also a great stimulant for the brain. But only a drink made with a bar of dark chocolate that has at least 70% cocoa is effective.

Wish you productivity and health!
