Incredible baked apple rings with cinnamon, raisins and honey

Apple and cinnamon fans will like this simple recipe of baked apple rings. A very delicious dessert that will please you and will not harm your figure. There’ll be no flour and no sugar.

For prepare you need such ingredients:

  • 2 sweet and sour apples;
  • 1 tablespoon of raisins;
  • 1 tablespoon of nuts (hazelnuts, almonds or walnuts);
  • 3-4 tablespoons of liquid honey;
  • ground cinnamon to taste.

Baked apple rings recipe:

Step 1. Wash and dry the apples (you can clean them from the peel). Cut the apples into large rings, about 1-1.5 cm thick and cut out the core.

Step 2. Grind the nuts in a blender or coffee grinder. Wash and dry raisins.

Step 3. Put the apple rings in the baking mold. You can cover the mold with parchment paper and place apples on it. Sprinkle raisins and nuts on top, add cinnamon and pour honey to taste.

Step 4. Put the mold with apples in the oven heated to 356° F. Bake for 10-15 minutes.

In this recipe you can replace honey with maple syrup. With it, baked apple rings will be just as tasty!
