Recipe #1. Smoothie of pineapple and celery

Ingredients:

  • 400 g pineapple pulp;
  • 2 celery stalks;
  • 1 glass of water (200 ml);
  • juice of ½ lemon.

How to make?

Cut the pineapple pulp into cubes and the celery into small pieces.

Place them in a blender, add a glass of water and mix until homogeneous.

Add juice of half a lemon.

Recipe #2. Pineapple and banana smoothie for weight loss

Ingredients:

  • half the medium pineapple;
  • 1 sour apple;
  • 1 glass of water (200 ml);
  • 1 banana;
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

How to cook?

Cut pineapple pulp, apple and banana into pieces. Put all in a blender.

Add water, mix it to homogeneity.

Add lemon juice.

Recipe #3. Pineapple smoothie with ginger

Ingredients:

  • Ginger root – 5 cm;
  • Pineapple flesh – 100 g;
  • Grapefruit flesh – from 1 fruit;
  • 2 small cucumbers;
  • Water – 100 ml.

Cooking:

Clean cooled fruit from peel and seeds, cut into pieces.

Clean the cucumbers from the peel and cut into pieces. Grind the ginger root on a fine grater.

Combine everything in a blender, pour water.

Beat it to homogeneity. Enjoy a refreshing low-calorie smoothie!

Recipe #4. Pineapple and mango smoothie

Ingredients:

  1. Pineapple flesh – 200 g;
  2. 1 mango;
  3. 1 lime;
  4. 100 ml of orange juice.

How to make?

Cut the pineapple flesh into cubes and place it in a blender.

Peel the mango and remove the bone from the fruit. Dice the mango flesh and add it to the blender.

Squeeze the juice out of the lime and add it to the other ingredients along with freshly squeezed orange juice.

Blend everything until a homogeneous consistency and pour it into a suitable glass.

Recipe #5. Pineapple, kiwi and spinach smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 kiwis;
  • 3 bundles of spinach;
  • half of pineapple;
  • Some water (optional), if the smoothie seems too thick.

How to cook?

Peel the kiwi, dice it up, and cut the pineapple (3 circles).

Add kiwi, pineapple, spinach to the blender. Mix for 2-3 minutes until air foam appears.
