Salad with avocado and spinach: 2 good recipes

To give the salad with avocado and spinach a bright, unusual flavor can be used spices with ginger, chili pepper, olive oil and lime.

Such a light and vitamin salad is perfect for people on a diet.

Recipe of spinach and avocado salad with orange

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado;
  • 1 sweet red onion;
  • 200 grams of spinach leaves;
  • 1 orange;
  • 2 slices of lime;
  • salt and sugar on the tip of a teaspoon;
  • 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 2 rings of chili pepper.

Cooking:

Step 1. Red onion finely diced.

Step 2. Cut the orange into halves. Divide one half into slices, clean them from white peel and cut into small pieces. Squeeze out the juice from the other half of the orange.

Step 3. Mix orange juice, olive oil, salt, sugar and juice from 1 slice of lime. Add two rings of chili pepper and sliced onions. Mix everything and leave for 10 minutes.

Step 4. Cut the avocado in half, take out the bone, separate the flesh from the peel. Cut it into large slices. Spray them immediately with lime juice so that the flesh doesn’t darken.

Step 5. Wash the spinach, dry it out. Cut the large leaves into straw. Tear the small leaves with your hands or cut them into 2-4 parts.

Step 6. There’s no need to mix this salad. Make it in such a sequence: first put on a plate spinach leaves and sprinkle them with sauce. Next, we put the pieces of avocado and orange. On top, sprinkle the remaining sauce and lime juice. The salad’s ready!

Recipe of spinach and avocado salad with cherry and seeds

Ingredients:

  • spinach – 80 g;
  • 15 cherry tomatoes;
  • olive oil – 2 tbsps.;
  • 2 avocados;
  • lemon juice -1 tbsp.;
  • mixture of dried Provence herbs to taste;
  • pumpkin seeds – 2 tbsps.;
  • sunflower seeds – 1 tbsp.;
  • corn salad leaves – 20 g.

Cooking:

Step 1. Prepare spinach and corn salad leaves or leaves of any other salad. If the spinach leaves are small, it is best to leave them as a whole. It is recommended to tear the large ones. Wash the spinach and corn salad leaves, dry them on a paper towel.

Step 2. Small cherry tomatoes can be added to the salad as a whole, cut the large tomatoes into two halves.

Step 3. The avocado must be ripe. Peel the avocado, cut it in half, gently separate the bone from the flesh. And cut each half of the avocado into slices.

Step 4. Put all the ingredients in a deep salad bowl. Add pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds.

Step 5. Sprinkle all the ingredients with lemon juice and add olive oil to the salad.

Step 6. Add a mixture of dried Provence herbs or any other herbs and mix everything well.

Salad’s ready! You can serve it to the table.
