#1. Smoothie with fruit, green tea and cinnamon

Ingredients per 2 portions:

  • 200 ml freshly brewed green tea;
  • 1 large apple;
  • 1 ripe kiwi;
  • ½ banana;
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon.

How to make?

Step 1. First, brew the green tea to let it cool while we prepare other ingredients. Don ‘t brew tea for longer than 10 minutes. Then we get it into a cup and cool it down a little so that it becomes room temperature.

Step 2. Prepare fruit. Clean the kiwi from the peel, cut it into small pieces and put them in the blender bowl. Clean the banana from the peel, cut on the rings and add to the kiwi. The apple will wash, clean the peel so that the smoothie is more uniform and gentle. Remove the core with seeds from the apple, cut it into pieces.

Step 3. Grind fruit in a blender.

Step 4. Add green tea and cinnamon. Once again we beat well with a blender, achieving uniform consistency. By the way, the consistency of the smoothie can be adjusted. If you want to get a thicker drink, add not all the liquid if you like a liquid smoothie – pour in more tea.

Serve smoothie at once, decorated with rings of kiwi.

#2. Smoothie with green tea, spinach and apple

Ingredients:

  • Green tea (freshly brewed) – 1 cup;
  • Spinach – 30 grams;
  • 1 apple;
  • 2 dates.

Cooking:

Step 1. Put spinach, sliced apple, dates in the blender and add some cold water and green tea (don ‘t add all the hot tea at once).

Step 2. Grind everything to a uniform state.

Step 3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and add the remaining green tea.

#3. Smoothie with pineapple, cucumber, spinach and green tea

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber;
  • spinach bunch;
  • 200-300 grams of purified pineapple;
  • juice of half lemon;
  • 250 ml of freshly cooked green tea;
  • ginger piece.

Cooking:

Grind all ingredients in a blender to a uniform consistency.

#4. Green tea smoothie with banana, celery and pineapple

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana (average size);
  • 1 stalk of celery;
  • 1/2 bundle spinach or parsley;
  • 0,5 glass of canned or fresh pineapple;
  • 100 ml of freshly cooked green tea classic.

Cooking:

Grind all ingredients in a blender to a uniform consistency.

#5. Green tea smoothie with avocado

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana;
  • half of orange;
  • half of avocado;
  • 1/4 lime;
  • 1 teaspoon of honey;
  • 200 ml freshly brewed green tea.

Cooking:

Step 1. Brew green tea, you can take tea with additives, for your taste. To filter and cool it.

Step 2. Сlean banana and orange from the peel. Grate the peel off the orange half. Avocado clean from the peel and remove the bone.

Step 3. Сombine all ingredients in the blender, there squeeze juice from lime and carefully beat. Then add green tea in small portions to the smoothie, mix well, so that the drink does not delaminate.
