Homemade fruit smoothies for weight loss

Many people decide to try smoothie to lose weight and improve their physical shape. Diet fruit smoothies perfectly helps in this. In my article I have collected useful and delicious recipes for you.

Fruit smoothie is good to consume before and after sport trainings. What fruits can be used for smoothies? Apple, pear, grapes, banana, pineapple, peach, grapefruit, mango, orange and others.

5 easy and tasty recipes fruit smoothies for weight loss:

#1. Smoothie with pineapple flesh, peach and grapefruit

This smoothie can be drunk to correct the figure, as it has grapefruit. And it burns fats perfectly. The mix of ingredients is also aimed at the mild removal of excess liquid and harmful substances from the body.

Ingredients:

  • 2 whole grapefruits;
  • 2 slices of ripe fresh pineapple;
  • 1 tablespoon of natural honey;
  • pulp of 1 peach.

Cooking:

Grapefruit is cleaned of peel and thin white partitions that give bitterness.

Pineapple peel and cut off slices (100 grams each).

Round the peach with boiling water and rid of the peel. To remove a stone.

Cut all fruit with cubes. Put the components in the blender, add honey there. Beat to uniform consistency!

#2. Smoothie of pineapple and persimmon

Smoothie has a sweet, tart, refreshing taste.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oranges;
  • 2 persimmons;
  • ½ a glass of pineapple pieces;
  • 100 ml of water;
  • Ginger and honey to taste.

Cooking:

Persimmon clean, from oranges squeeze juice, all ingredients put in the blender and grind to a uniform consistency.

#3. Pear and apple smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 pears;
  • 150 ml almond (or soybean) milk;
  • ½ banana;
  • cinnamon pinch.

Cooking:

Mix pear flesh with milk and banana in the blender. Pour into glasses, sprinkle with cinnamon.

#4. Fruit smoothie of peaches and nectarines

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of nectarine pieces;
  • 1 glass of peach pieces;
  • juice of 1 orange;
  • juice of ½ lemon;
  • honey to taste.

Cooking:

The fruit can be pre-cooled in the fridge by removing the bones. Then cut them into pieces, from citruses squeeze juice. Grind all ingredients in a blender and serve with ice.

#5. Smoothie with kiwi, apple, banana and mint

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 kiwis;
  • half of green apple;
  • half of banana;
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice;
  • a bunch of fresh mint;
  • pinch of ground cinnamon.

Cooking:

Clean everything from the peel, and grind banana, kiwi, green apple and mint in the blender. To keep the cocktail from darkening, add some lemon juice and cinnamon at the end. It produces a refreshing vitamin treat.

For making of smoothie 3-4 components are used, sometimes more, and often cocktail itself is a full dish. So, it is desirable to drink it separately from snacks, cookies, hard food. It is also important to drink smoothie not as water, but slowly, as if chew.
