Ingredients for smoothie:
- 1 green apple;
- 1 glass of water;
- 3 tbsp. of oatmeal flakes;
- 1 tsp. of ground cinnamon.
Clean the apple, remove the core, cut into slices. Place all the components in a blender bowl, whisk until homogeneous for 10 seconds.
Apple and oat smoothie are perfect for a light snack before cardio load, such as running in the street or in the gym – the body will get a variety of – complex and simple – carbohydrates, necessary for the full work of the muscles. - 1 apple;
- 1 banana;
- 350 ml oat milk;
- 1 tbsp nut butter;
- 2-3 dried pitted dates;
- 1/3 of teaspoon of cinnamon;
