Here they:

1. Smoothie “Apple pie”

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cups of water
• 1/2 cup apple juice
• 1 tablespoon walnuts
• 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
• A little vanillin or seed vanilla pod
• Pinch of ground nutmeg
• 1/2 cucumbers
• spinach bunch
• 1 apple
• 1/4 avocados
• ice (if you want)

Mix all ingredients in the blender and beat it to a uniform state.

2. Strawberry smoothie with cashew

Ingredients:

• 1 cup strawberry (fresh or frozen)
• 1 cup of nut milk
• 3 tablespoons oat flakes
• 1/2 ppm flax seeds or chia
• Small handful of cashew nuts
• 1/2 ppm apple vinegar
• 1 pc lemon juice
• A little vanillin or vanilla pod seeds
• Sweetener to taste – honey, agave syrup, stevia

Mix all ingredients in the blender bowl, cover and leave overnight in the fridge. In the morning, beat to a state of puree. If necessary, dilute with nut milk.

Strawberry smoothie with cashew

3. Smoothie “Green Energy”

Ingredients:

• 1 cucumber
• 2 bunches of spinach
• 2 cups of cut pineapple or melon (by season)
• 1 cup of brewed green tea
• fresh lemon juice of 1/2 lemon
• 3 cm ginger root

Mix all ingredients in a blender and beat it to a uniform state. According to the season pineapple we change to melon, green apple, pear, add greens – basil, parsley.

4. Mint smoothie with chocolate

Ingredients:

• 1/2 bunches of mint
• 100 ml of nut, soybean or rice milk
• 2 bunches of spinach
• 1 banana
• 50 grams of chocolate (60% cocoa) or chocolate “chips”
• 1 teaspoon flax seeds or chia

Mix all ingredients except chocolate in a blender to a cream condition. The chocolate is pre-frozen a little and broken into small pieces (if you don ‘t use chips). Add half to the smoothie and beat, sprinkle the remaining part on top before serving.

Ingredients:

• 1 cup of nut or soy milk
• spinach bunch
• 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
• 2 tablespoons crude almonds
• 1 tablespoons. coconut oil
• 1 date fruit
• 1 tsp of a spirulina
• 1 cup of frozen berries
• ice (optional)

Mix all ingredients in a blender and beat it to a uniform state.
