Pumpkin smoothie: vegan recipes

#1. Vegan smoothie with pumpkin, carrot and orange

You can make this drink from baked pumpkin and carrot, but if the blender is powerful, it is better to use raw vegetables.

Ingredients for 2 glasses:

  • 150 g of pumpkin flesh
  • Half of carrot
  • 1 orange
  • 200 ml of water
  • Honey or maple syrup to taste.

Peel the pumpkin and cut it into small pieces. Half a small carrot to clean, chop. Orange clean and cut. Put everything in a blender, add a glass of water. If you like more sweetness add a little sugar or maple syrup. Beat the ingredients to a uniformity.

We get a very tasty, positive orange homogeneous thick juice puree with citrus aroma.

#2. Spicy pumpkin smoothie


  • ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup of raw soaked cashew at night
  • 1 cup boiled or baked pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp. oat flakes
  • 2 tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp. of ground ginger
  • ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
  • A pinch of sea salt
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Ice – if you want.

Put all the ingredients except for the ice (if you use it) in a blender and beat for 30-60 seconds until the consistency is homogeneous. Add the ice and whisk for another 10 seconds.

Pour the cocktail into glasses and decorate with ground cinnamon.

#3. Pumpkin smoothie with banana and ginger


  • 250 g of baked or boiled pumpkin
  • 1 banana
  • 200 ml of coconut or almond milk
  • 1 tbsp. of liquid honey or another sweetener
  • 2 tsp. grated ginger root
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon.

Cooking pumpkin smoothie:

Put baked gourd pieces in a blender bowl. Cut the cleaned banana into pieces and also put it into the bowl of the blender. Add the other components. Whisk the ingredients until a homogeneous thick mass is obtained. If you wish, add the crushed ice to the drink.

Pour the ready smoothie into glasses, decorate with a circle of banana, cinnamon stick.
