How to make a smoothie with frozen berries. 4 tasty recipes

When the fresh berry season is behind us and we want a vitamin smoothie, we just think of frozen berries. They also make great vitamin smoothies.

In this article, I’ve gathered four delicious frozen berry smoothie recipes for you. Choose your favorite and enjoy yourself.

Recipe 1. Smoothie with frozen blueberries, banana, oat milk, and lime

What you’ll need:

– 300 g frozen blueberries
– quarter of a lime
– 1 orange
– 1 cup (200 ml) oat milk
– 1 banana.

The blueberries for the smoothie can be thawed beforehand or taken frozen (then the drink will be cold).

Put the berries in the blender bowl, add the juice of a quarter of a lime and 1 orange, put the banana slices, and pour the oat milk over them.

Blend the smoothie at high speed. Garnish with a mint leaf and enjoy!

Recipe 2. Frozen strawberry vanilla smoothie

What will you need?

– 100 ml of milk
– 150g of ice cream
– 1 cup (200 ml) frozen strawberries
– A pinch of vanilla
– 1 teaspoon lemon juice
– 2 teaspoons sugar (or to taste).

Put the strawberries in the bowl of a blender, add the ice cream, a pinch of vanilla, lemon juice, sugar, and milk. Blend on high speed.

Recipe 3. Frozen cranberry-apple smoothie

You will need:

– One large apple or two medium apples
– 50 g frozen cranberries
– 250 ml yogurt
– 1 teaspoon honey (or to taste).

Apples can be peeled from the skin and cut into small cubes, put in the bowl of a blender. Add the cranberries, honey, and yogurt. Blend the smoothie! Put a sprinkle of ground cinnamon on top and enjoy.

Recipe 4. Frozen raspberry smoothie

Ingredients:

– 200 g frozen raspberries
– 250 ml of natural yogurt
– 1 banana
– Sugar or honey to taste

Put the raspberries and banana slices in the bowl of a blender. Add honey or sugar to taste and stir in the yogurt. Blend on high speed.
