What ingredients will you need?
- 250 g oatmeal flakes
- 2 eggs
- 40 g of black chocolate (cocoa content at least 70%)
- 200 g of cottage cheese (fat content 2%)
- 30 g of raisins
- 170 ml of natural yogurt
- 60 g of chocolate protein (can be replaced with milk powder by mixing it with cocoa).
Cooking chocolate oatmeal cake:
Step 1. Cut the black chocolate into pieces.
Step 2. Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, yogurt and chocolate protein in a bowl.
Step 3. Use the immersion blender to grind the mass to homogeneity. Add chocolate and raisins, then mix.
Step 4. Add oatmeal to the mass and mix the dough.
Step 5. Place the dough in a silicone baking mold and place the oven heated to 180 °C (356 °F) for 25 minutes.
