Recipes of sugar-free vegan dessert

In this article I want to share with you 3 recipes of useful vegan sugar-free desserts. They have several advantages at once: easy to prepare, healthy and very tasty.

So, 3 desserts of your choice.

#1. Vegan dessert with pumpkin and dried apricots

Ingredients:

  • 250g raw sweet pumpkin;
  • 1/2 glass of dried apricots;
  • orange zest (1/4 orange peel);
  • honey of taste (optional).

How to prepare:

Step 1. Wash dried apricots and pour it a little boiling water to soften them.

Step 2. Cut the peel off the pumpkin and grind the pulp in a blender.

Step 3. Grind 1/4 orange peel on a grater.

Step 4. Separately grind softened dried apricots with orange zest (and honey if you want) to the desired consistency with a blender.

Step 5. Mix the shredded pumpkin with the apricot mass.

Dessert’s ready! Enjoy.

#2. Sugar-free carrot candies with raisins and dates

Ingredients:

  • 1 carrot;
  • 3 tbsp. of raisins;
  • 11 dates;
  • 3 slices of tangerine;
  • 0.5 tsp. of grind ginger;
  • 0,5 tsp. of cinnamon;
  • 1 tbsp. of sesame;
  • 2 tbsp. of olive oil.

How to make:

Step 1. Clean the carrot and grate it on the grater.

Step 2. Wash raisins and dates thoroughly. Clean the dates from the bones.

Step 3. Peel tangerine, add 3 slices to the bowl with grind carrot. Add cinnamon and ginger (you can add one of them).

Step 4. Place the mixture in a blender. Thoroughly grind, adding olive oil.

Step 5. Put sesame into the resulting mass. Forming candies in the form of carrot balls or any other form. If desired, they can be rolled in sesame, not added to the crushed mixture. Put the formed useful carrot candies in the fridge to thicken a little.

It’s very sweet and delicious!

#3. Sugar-free vegan apple dessert in 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 small apple;
  • wholemeal flour – 1-1,5 tbsp.;
  • rice flour – 0,5 tbsp.;
  • cinnamon – 1 pinch;
  • raisins are a handful;
  • walnuts are a handful;
  • a few drops of lemon juice;
  • coconut butter – 25 g;
  • honey – 1 tsp.

Cooking:

Step 1. Grease the small baking mold (I have a diameter of 30 cm) with oil. Clean the apple from the peel, cut it into cubes and lightly splash it with lemon juice. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Put raisins and nuts to the apples.

Step 2. If you like more sweetness- add a sweetener to your taste (e.g. stevia). I had enough sweetness from a baked apple, raisins, nuts and honey. Mix coconut butter with two kinds of flour, grind it with a fork into a crumb. Put it into a baking mold over the apple-nut layer.

Step 3. It takes about 5-7 minutes to prepare dessert! After that put it to the oven heated to 356 °F for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4. Take the dessert out of the oven, cool it down, pour honey on top. The combination of apples, cinnamon, nuts and honey is very aromatic.
