These original candies will like the fans of pumpkin and diet desserts. They will be a wonderful snack between breakfast and lunch. The ingredients in the recipe are not heat treatable, so pumpkin candies retain their nutrients and vitamins.
Ingredients for diet candies:
- raw pumpkin – 240 g;
- sunflower seeds peeled – 150 g;
- oat flakes – 45 g;
- coconut chips – 35 g;
- dates – 130 g ;
- ginger – piece of 1.5 cm;
- ground cinnamon – ¼ teaspoon.
Cooking useful candies:
Soak sunflower seeds in water for 5-6 hours. Dates can also be soaked for an hour or two. If they are soft, it is enough just to clean them in warm water.
